Return & Refund Policy

At 4TW, your satisfaction means everything. If you're not fully happy with your order, we’ll make it right.

Returns

You can return items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

Undamaged

In original packaging with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or limited edition pieces

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at inspire@4-thousandweeks.com with:

Your order number

Reason for return

We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us to check availability, and we’ll help you make the swap as smooth as possible. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
